ECOVACS WINBOT W2S Window Cleaning Robot with TruEdge Cleaning

  • TruEdge Cleaning for Better Edge Coverage – WINBOT W2S features TruEdge scrubbers and a dedicated Edge Cleaning Mode to help remove dirt along window borders and corners. It can clean as close as approximately 1.1 mm from compatible edges under laboratory conditions; a small margin may remain depending on the frame, seal, glass condition, and window structure.
  • Check Window Compatibility Before Purchase – Designed for flat, smooth glass measuring at least 11.8 × 15.7 in (30 × 40 cm), with a glass thickness of at least 0.12 in (3 mm) and a tilt angle within ±45°. Suitable for compatible framed and frameless glass. Do not use on curved, arched, domed, uneven, cracked, heavily textured, or irregularly shaped windows, or on glass with raised obstacles, loose seals, heavy condensation, or oily surfaces.
  • Corded Operation—Not a Cordless Model – This WINBOT W2S package requires connection to a working electrical outlet through its power adapter and cable during cleaning. The internal safety battery is designed to maintain suction temporarily during an unexpected power interruption and is not intended for cordless cleaning. For cordless operation, please select a WINBOT model that explicitly includes a portable battery station.
  • 7 Cleaning Modes with WIN-SLAM 4.0 Navigation – Choose from Fast, Deep, Thorough, Edge, Spot, Zone, and Heavy-Duty cleaning modes in the ECOVACS HOME App. WIN-SLAM 4.0 plans systematic cleaning paths and detects compatible window edges to help reduce missed areas. Complex frames, seams, handles, decals, and other obstacles may affect route coverage.
  • Three-Nozzle Wide-Angle Spray System – Three wide-angle nozzles automatically apply cleaning solution according to the robot’s movement and selected mode; the spray may be intermittent rather than continuous during the entire cycle. Before use, fill the reservoir with ECOVACS WINBOT Cleaning Solution, confirm the nozzles are unobstructed, and activate manual spray in the app to prime the system if needed.
  • Best for Routine Glass Maintenance – Designed to remove dust, fingerprints, smudges, and everyday dirt from regularly maintained windows. Heavy grease, dried residue, construction dust, adhesive, mineral deposits, or stubborn water marks may require manual pre-cleaning and additional cycles. Results vary with the type and buildup of dirt.
  • Proper Pad Preparation Helps Reduce Streaks – Wet the wiping pad with clean water, wring it out thoroughly, and attach it flat before cleaning. Wash the pad whenever visibly dirty or after each heavily soiled window. An overly wet, dry, saturated, worn, or unevenly attached pad may cause slipping, errors, reduced cleaning performance, or streaks.
