More about this robot

Sphero RVR+ – Programmable Robot Car for Kids & Teens – Beginner to Advanced Programming – Customizable & Expandable – Learn Javascript & Python – Micro:bit & Raspberry Pi Compatible

• READY TO DRIVE & EXPAND: RVR+ comes fully assembled—just connect, code, and explore. Programmable sensors, hardware mounts, and modular add-ons let RVR+ grow with every project. Its removable, rechargeable battery keeps projects running without interruption.
• REAL SENSORS, REAL DATA: Use color, light, infrared, gyroscope, and accelerometer sensors to gather live data and program RVR+ to react to its surroundings—bridging coding and systems thinking.
• BEGINNER TO ADVANCED CODING: Start with block coding, then progress to Python or JavaScript. Connect, program, and drive RVR+ in the Sphero Edu app, available on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and web browser (no account or installation needed). Integrate Raspberry Pi, micro:bit, and other third-party hardware using the Public SDK for more advanced builds.
• MORE THAN STEM: From robotics and environmental science to geometry and logic, RVR+ brings concepts to life across computer science, math, and engineering—empowering students to build what they imagine. Explore lessons and resources for RVR+ on Sphero Central.
